Located at Pine Lake Dr. San Antonio, TX 78244 POLICY • There is a non-refundable deposit required for all appointments. Cancellation Policy
• A NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit required to book an appointment. This will go towards your total cost and the remainder of your total can be paid at your appointment through Cash, Cashapp, or Venmo.
• Deposits will only go towards a rescheduled appointment if the new appointment is for the same week as your original appointment. Any rescheduled appointments outside of the same week are considered new appointments and a new deposit is required.
•NO CALL/NO SHOWS- will be charged the full service. This does not apply to canceled/rescheduled appointments.
• There is a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. Clients more than 10 minutes late will automatically be considered a cancelled appointment.
•If you are experiencing any COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms (or have come in contact with anyone who has) please request to cancel your appointment or contact me as soon as possible.
• NO MASK/NO SERVICE
